SECTION 20 - INVOICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

As our invoices do not have space for Terms & Conditions, all purchases made from NEODRIFT are governed by the following terms, which are available on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to these conditions:

  • Payments delayed beyond the agreed period will incur 18% p.a. interest as per Section 61, Sale of Goods Act, 1930.
  • NEODRIFT may cancel, withhold, or suspend delivery for non-payment or suspected fraud.
  • Returns must be reported within 5 days, with products unused, in original condition & packaging, subject to approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days, after verification and applicable deductions.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; excludes damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Deliveries are made via reputed carriers; NEODRIFT is not liable for delays due to logistics, force majeure, or customs.
  • NEODRIFT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; liability is capped at invoice value.
  • NEODRIFT is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts; claims must be raised within 30 days.
